This website has been created by the author, who was the Respondent in a Dissolution of Marriage case that was tried at the Broward County 17th Circuit Courthouse.  My intention is to share my experience and "Legal Lessons of a Divorce Litigant" for anyone who has recently filed or intends to file for divorce in Broward County.

 It is my opinion that no one should be subjected to the egregious way in which this case progressed and ultimately concluded at the trial court level. My goal is to HELP those who are facing legal proceedings through better decisions on selecting the right lawyer and to make better decisions and ultimately avoid experiencing a similar and detrimental life-altering experience as compared to my own.
